Christine now runs “Sewing in All its Forms” workshops in Aberlady, East Lothian. She has been running a monthly weekday workshop and has recently added a few Saturdays. These are for anyone wishing to either learn dressmaking, understand patterns, upcycle clothes, learn how to put zips in or anything else you would like help with. Thank you to all the customers who have attended Christine’s classes. I trust you enjoyed the informal atmosphere at our workshops. The room is small so spaces are limited to a maximum of four people per class. This allows our excellent tutors the chance to teach their subject properly. In all classes individual tuition is guaranteed. We want you to discover the joy of sewing. Please note the classroom is located on the first floor of the shop.

Tea & coffee are included and we suggest you bring a packed lunch. All you need to bring is a complete machine (in working order) and a basic sewing kit. For some specialist courses you will be sent a list of requirements, this allows you the freedom of choice to select colours etc. If you have difficulty bringing your machine we will gladly lend you one.
